    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is always very sad to hear the Government say that it cannot police areas which are supposed to be for public utility. We know that Tamarind has been in that area for over ten years and there is a law on adverse possession. That is when you have been there for a certain period of time. Which law will you apply as Government because they have been there? If they cite that law and say that they have lawful ownership and yet, that land has been encroached when the Government was looking the other side, what will you do? Could you tell us with candidness what the Government will do because we know that there is law on adverse possession?"
