    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. It appears that there are two sets of laws for people who live in upcountry, like in Nairobi and those who live in Mombasa. When there were demolitions in Syokimau, Eastleigh and other parts of Nairobi, the same Government never went through the court process. But when it comes to the Coast Province where the owners of these particular units or houses are very well connected - people in the Government – then the law applies. Could the Assistant Minister tell us which part of Coast Province belongs to Kenya?"
