The banks can do better because we know that on average, their cost of capital is in the average of 5 per cent. There is no reason why it would charge 25 to 30 per cent on the lending side. We look forward to these reforms of the financial sector. We look forward to extending proper and well structured capital to small business particularly in this country so that we can create jobs because that where it matters."
