In scientific inquiry, we say “N” must be greater than 30”, so that the hypothesis that you are testing can be determined to be correct. So, there should be a sample size of the information to be given but that sample size must be critical enough for you to be able to say “this is actually the opinion of the people of Kenya”, especially for electoral purposes."
