    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move that this House enacts the National Drug Control Authority Bill. The objective of the Bill is to establish an institutional framework for the co-ordination of efforts intended to reduce demand for alcohol, narcotic drugs and substances that can cause addiction. The Bill seeks to set up the National Drug Control Authority as a successor to the National Campaign Against Drug Abuse Authority (NACADA)."
