    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want the hon. Member to know first that the Kazi Kwa Vijana (KKV) Programme is not in the Office of the Prime Minister. The KKV was being implemented by very many Ministries like the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, the Office of the President, Ministry of Regional Development Authorities, Ministry of Water, Ministry of Roads, Ministry of Public Works, Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife, Ministry of Environment and Mineral Resources and so on. Those are the ones which were implementing. My office was just co-ordinating."
