    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I was saying that for the same reasons that we gave yesterday, in terms of the need to expedite these Bills, I would like to ask for the indulgence of the House that we allow the reduction of the publication period of these Bills. The relevant Departmental Committees are already seized with the matter. So, we are not losing on the need to have a longer publication period. Members of the public have been involved in the preparation of all these Bills. This House has demonstrated its capacity to appreciate all these Bills and discuss them after the reduction of their publication time."
