    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this being an election year, the political players in the country have maintained continuously a tendency of becoming very generous in terms of promises to Kenyans, and then at the level of delivery, they forget them as soon as the election is over. The problem being posed by the MRC is essentially the same problem throughout the country. It is about the Government’s inability to generate comprehensive and integrated economic policies, plans and programmes that can address poverty and unemployment. Even if you give dialogue to these groups without a clear programme of the kind that we are talking about, the problem will persists at the Coast, Rift Valley and everywhere."
