    "content": "So, as the Government is responding and as we are debating this Motion, let us also be sincere, whether this Operation Linda Nchi is costing us more than we expected not only in terms of money, but also in terms of lives of our people. It is also making our country insecure and making our crowded places such as bus parks insecure, making Kenyans unable to move in peace. Is this something that we want to continue? As I have said, the Government definitely does not have an action plan. That is why I would like to second this Motion."
