I know that as a fact, but if you find a Luo who does not speak Kiswahili it is most likely a Luo from Zambia, Sudan or somewhere else. I said “most” and because I do not want to name names because I will be told that I am playing politics, Mr. Ojode knows very well about the places I am speaking about where you will find very many Somalis who do not speak Kiswahili and they are not Kenyan Somalis.
