    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, at this trying moment, as leaders, we should not dwell more on blame games. We must give the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security and the National Security Intelligence Service (NSIS) more funding to make sure they live up to their mandate. It is not the police. It is the intelligence network that is supposed to give that information. I am sure they must have done their best and these are isolated cases. But even isolated cases cannot be excused for a Government agency."
