I would like to take this opportunity to condole with the affected families within his neighbourhood and from across the country. Of particular interest is that we have 23 year old men who are certainly trying to make a living. I also want to congratulate the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) for what they are doing. That has been given to us before. So, I think it is important that we are not seen to be lenient when we are dealing with some groups, and when we are dealing with others, we seem to be encouraging other forms of engagement. I am particularly a bit appalled by the position that was shared this afternoon by the Prime Minister, that instead of handling the MRC with the firmness it deserves, the Government thinks that the best way is to engage them. They are part of Al Shabaab and"
