    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, what we are dealing with is a very serious situation of young Kenyans whose future has been destroyed by the KNEC. We are speaking of the three counties in particular; Wajir, Garissa and Mandera, and generally of the 37 counties. But in this particular case, the number is too high; we have got 1,600 youths who do not know what to do with their future. As leaders in this country, we know what to do with students who fail, or who do not do well, but what do you do with a young man or woman who is educated but has no papers? It is a very difficult situation and that is why we are asking the Minister for Education – he ignored us when we brought this matter to Parliament – to establish a special committee to undertake a forensic audit. He ignored this, but I am now glad that the House is going to do it for him and the truth will be known. I thank the hon. Member for bringing this matter to the Floor of the House."
