    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The issue raised by hon. Karua is really not that simple. I was sitting in this House yesterday when the Minister admitted that the issues raised required a comprehensive answer and undertook to give a very detailed answer. In fact, the HANSARD would bear me witness to this. Is it now in order for the Assistant Minister, having stood before the House to give an assurance that he is going to give a very comprehensive answer to come and give a summary of a denial, when he has stood in the House to assure us that he is buying time in order to give a comprehensive answer?"
