If we let the Assistant Minister get off the hook with such an answer, then our proceedings would basically be cosmetic, because if you ask a Minister a Question and he says that he is not aware, then everybody here would say he is not aware. Then why can we in the Back Bench not go and take over their jobs so that we are aware? If he is not aware, we can do his work!"
