    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you have heard the Assistant Minister say that he is encouraging the farmers to look for other maize dealers. The sad story of cereals in this country is that the NCPB and the Ministry of Agriculture, fail to buy the farmers’ maize to make them desperate and push them to the brokers. When the Government releases the money, it benefits the brokers and not the farmers. Is the Assistant Minister in order to avoid his duty for which he is paid every month and push the farmers to the brokers?"
