    "content": "In any event, I rose on this point of order because we have scheduled business at the Committee Stage of this House when these matters can, actually, be ventilated. I therefore, would have thought Mr. Ruto, a very good friend indeed, would have waited for Order No.9 and then he can raise those issues. That is because we are actually dealing with Statements at that particular point. That, notwithstanding, I think the President’s letter corrects an obvious mistake and, therefore, his Memorandum should stand as corrected. The Memorandum is properly before the House!"
