    "content": "You can always correct an error of this nature any time. You can even have it in the Constitution. Instead of saying Article 128, you could skip 128 and put 129 in place of 128. That is a human error. It is a normal thing; it is a typographical thing in life. Let us not make too big an issue out of that. Let us get into the substantive issues and we are in Parliament and Kenyans are watching us."
