    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I am not standing to challenge your ruling, but I think the country now needs an explanation as to why the Finance Bill cannot be transacted in this House and concluded. Remember, the Minister was asked to bring a Ministerial Statement to explain to this House and to the people of Kenya why we are playing around with the Finance Bill. I call it “playing around” because as we speak, illegal collection of taxes is going on in this country. This is something we cannot accept. It is important that Kenyans get an explanation."
