    "content": " Mr. Chairman, Sir, I was referring to page 193 of the Constitution which you have and I thank you for protecting me. This is very clear. Mr. Imanyara did not refer to this and I think in your ruling--- You will notice that it begins with the words, “extension of application of the provisions of the former Constitution” Then it says:- “Sections 30 to 40, Sections 43 to 46 and Sections 48 to 58 of the former Constitution, the provisions of the former Constitution concerning the Executive and the National Accord and Reconciliation Act No.4 of 2008 shall continue to operate until the first general elections held under this Constitution. But the provisions of this Constitution concerning the system of elections, eligibility of election and the electoral process shall apply to that election”."
