I agree that this is a matter, and I do not think the Chair can be invited to decide on the constitutionality of the President’s Memorandum. This is very clear to me and the Attorney-General, Minister for Justice and my learned friend, hon. Abdikadir, have actually come out very clearly. Therefore, let us not split hairs.
