    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I just want to speak on one issue. This issue of using the Presidency to whip emotions is very unfortunate by the Attorney-General, the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs and even our Chair of the Constitutional Implementation Oversight Committee (CIOC). We respect this President and that is why we want to debate this issue. That is why we have not taken this issue outside this House. To purport that we are bringing politics into this issue, the Attorney- General should know that this is the heart of politics. This is the political heart of Kenya. We are in Parliament and this is our work."
