    "content": "Could they go and sit behind, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I had just started by saying that this is a very important Bill. I think it would be important if hon. Members listened to some of our contributions. Truly, if we do not get this law right then public financial management in this country will be a problem. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, first of all, I want to say that this Bill has a lot of strong points. This Bill, as it is, has been a product of extensive consultation most of which I have attended, no doubt. Therefore, I would say that I agree with a number of provisions of the law. However, there are also quite a number of issues that I feel need to be addressed especially at the Committee Stage. I am happy that informally we have discussed that some of us will be sitting to go through some of the issues that we have together with the Treasury so that we can thrash out the contentious issues so that we can have a good law for this country."
