    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy, Speaker, the second objective is that we have some IDP camps in lowlands; around Kiprosat where little children, old mothers and fathers, when the rain come, they are completely tortured. So, I would like to ask the Government in this period--- I found people in Mau, Cherangany and others when I was doing the rounds conducting investigations. The Government should take this time to settle the people so that we deal with that problem once and for all. It is not time to rest; it is a time for us to visit the constituencies. It is also a time for the Government to do its job in looking after those Kenyans who continue to languish in IDP camps."
