    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I was working for a world refugee agency. I also happen to be a refugee myself. I think it is a terrible mistake for a Government Assistant Minister to say such a thing. Under the law, we give people refugee status in our country. I challenge him to name at least ten refugees who have been brought to court and sentenced for criminal activities in our country. Most of the refugees are law abiding people. Even yesterday, two refugees were killed at the Dadaab Refugee Camp. His Ministry has failed to provide protection to those refugees. We are their hosts."
