    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy, Speaker, I wish to support this Motion. I would like to raise two issues. I would like to say that by the time we come back, it will be possibly raining; it will be the rainy season and when it rains, we get serious challenges in the country. First of all, I would like to call upon the Government to provide seeds for planting in good time and, in particular--- I come from an arid zone where we need quick maturing crops. Therefore, I am appealing to the Government, through the Ministry of Agriculture, to provide the seeds in good time. That is because most of the times, we receive the seeds too late and yet, our rains normally come and go very early. We then experience many challenges."
