    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, as I conclude, let me also say that in my constituency, we have coffee farmers who have taken loans. The Ministry of Agriculture has been able to waive some of these loans, but it was done selectively. In Baringo County, particularly, in Baringo North, we still have a lot of farmers who have suffered this situation. My appeal is that this should be applied equally in the country, so that there is equity for all our people, particularly the farmers."
