    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for the Mutwot area, I am talking about this financial year which has a few months to end. I will fast track this to see whether we can achieve that. For the Migori area, I am actually thinking about taking people to court for putting stones on the road. We have far too many road bumps on the Rongo-Migori Road. It is unacceptable for individuals to put stones and murram which hit on motorists vehicles’ sumps. I am thinking about taking some people to court for mutilating the roads that we are working on."
