There is the Mamboleo Junction in Kisumu which has a serious problem. The paradox that we have in this and which I want the Assistant Minister to address is that when you put up good roads, you want to expedite transport, communication and commercial activities by making vehicles move faster and safely on those roads. Why does it become necessary to put bumps to slow down traffic again? What is the real underlying problem that you are trying to address?"
