Given that these interviews were done a long time ago and the CEO has not been appointed to date, that is in breach of a provision of the Constitution. Will I, therefore, be in order, given that the Assistant Minister is unable to push His Excellency the President, to ask whether the Vice-President can come to the Floor and answer that Question after consulting with the President?
