    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, my Ministry forwarded the names to His Excellency the President on 22nd January, 2012. So, I am pleading with the House to accept that the NEMA board and management have done their job according to the law. My Ministry has done its part according to the law. We have forwarded the names to His Excellency, the President; I think we should now wait for the appointing authority to act. If there is any other way of pushing this for the President to take action immediately--- I have exhausted my machinery."
