    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. As a young boy in high school, I had the opportunity to get into the platform of San Marco. What I saw there, if I can remember vividly, was a platform for launching rockets – not capable of staying in geostationary. Geostationary simply means that the satellite is placed in one of orbital location; this means that it rotates with the earth at the same speed, giving data back to the earth on a specified footprint in Kenya."
