    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, those are the people that we have currently. In my answer, I said that we are negotiating now for Kenyans. I even told the Questioner that if he knows the people who work in NASA, who can come, once we finish the negotiation and we have a new agreement, Kenya must assume a leadership position in this project. I do agree with my colleague, the hon. Minister, that there are so many things that they are working on as a Cabinet, but in the coming agreement, we will, definitely, make sure that we take control and leadership of the station. Whatever is coming out of that station will actually benefit the country’s economy."
