"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, up to now, the culprits or the perpetrators of these heinous crimes have not been arrested. I am saddened to hear that the hon. Member who happens to be a panelist in this House has been told that he will be headed and his head taken to his wife and children. The entire family is traumatized and there is no way this family would be functional in anything. I, would, therefore, ask the Assistant Minister to inform the House what tangible or concrete steps he has taken to ensure that this family will not be scared as they continue with their daily activities."
