    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I really sympathize with the situation of hon. Waititu. I do. However, unless we organize our debate in the way we have agreed as a House through our Standing Orders, we will reduce this to the convenience of people. That is part of the problem of this country. If hon. Waititu wanted to give information to the fellow Assistant Minister, he should have said that he wanted to give information and the Assistant Minister would have agreed or disagreed. That did not happen. We cannot break rules. You owe it to this country."
