    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, that committee should be constituted immediately. It should immediately be allowed to open the old books of accounts. We know that there are thousands of farmers who are owed millions by that institution. Every time we hear that our Government has injected money to other sectors namely, coffee and so on. We have seen billions of shillings being given so that we waive some debts that have been accrued in some of those organizations. Why is it so difficult for the same Government to send money to KCC and allow farmers to own their property?"
