    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. I would also want to begin by thanking hon. Namwamba for introducing this important Motion. In fact, I can say that it was overdue because our farmers have been exploited for so long. I come from a county which is richly endowed with agricultural potential. I do not remember how in days gone by farmers used to benefit from the milk industry. They did invest very heavily in this industry, more so, in the old KCC. We do not know what transpired until this institution changed hands from KCC to New KCC. Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I feel that the Kenyan farmers, especially the dairy farmers, have been cheated and exploited for so long. Therefore, it will not augur well for us, as leaders, to sit here and watch them being exploited by some few individuals who want to enrich themselves. So, I will request that we are truly---"
