    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the mandate of constructing roads is now entirely the responsibility of the authorised authorities within the Ministry of Roads. As such, the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry of Local Governments as well as the councils have no responsibility, unless it on funds that are disbursed through the Local Authority Transfer Fund (LATF). If there are specific cases within LATF or Local Authority Service Delivery Action Plan (LASDAP), I would want the specific details of those cases, so that we can take disciplinary action."
