    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in fact, that is the essence of my answer. Kenya Seed Manufacturers is actually a lead agency dealing with the private sector. In terms of energy efficiency promotion, they are the lead agency which we are collaborating with. As I mentioned, we have been giving them since 2004 Kshs30 million per year to undertake energy efficiency programmes. So far, I think they have done over 134 general audits of various organizations and 16 investment bank audits have been done. I think we have done our best to involve the private sector in the energy efficiency programmes. Thank you."
