    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I start with thanking the Prime Minister for this Statement which is intended to address the Government’s concern to improve health care provision. As I listened, I found myself so sad that the Prime Minister is only pointing to what should have been done or what should be done by the Government without giving us some substantive measures of addressing the issue of the number of health workers in public facilities in this country. It is a concern of every Kenyan that all facilities in this country should have doctors of all cadres and all medical personnel that are required. The hospitals are suffering because of very few medical personnel. There are concerns about the infrastructure. He should have told us what the Government will do to improve the infrastructure of our health facilities in this country which needs to be addressed now."
