He has not told us what he will do to address the deficiencies of medical requirements starting from equipment, pharmaceuticals and non-pharmaceuticals, including blankets, the simplest of all which the Government cannot provide for her people. He is here telling us that we are heading where there are no finances. What is the Government doing to allocate sufficient funds now and in future to ensure Kenyans get service when they need it in all our facilities?"
