    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, indeed, it is appalling that the Assistant Minister should be so casual about the death of a prominent teacher. A death of any Kenyan under circumstances such as he has described clearly indicate that police officers were involved; if they were not involved, they would have moved immediately they heard the screams, taken action and if that suspect was sick, they would have taken him to hospital that night, rather than waiting until the following morning. In these circumstances, could the Assistant Minister inform the House, if the police officers were not involved, were they not aiding and abetting in the commission of a criminal office, and why have they not been charged with the murder together with the people who are in court already?"
