    "content": "The other very important document is the Constitution. What we are doing in enacting this law is on the authority and mandatory directions given by Article 68 of the Constitution on what is required of Parliament. I will come to that a little later. Again, I invite Members of Parliament to carry out an audit of the Land Bill as against or in juxtaposition to the Constitution as promulgated on 27th August, 2010. I believe that if you do that you will find that quite a lot of work has been done in fulfillment of the directions of the National Land Policy and the Constitution."
