    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, as one of the Members of a Parliamentary Select Committee on the Constitution, I participated fully in the issue of land in the Constitution. When you look at Articles 60 to 68 of the Constitution, they cover the land issue. The Bill does bring out certain aspects of the Constitution which are very important. But there are certain areas in the Bill which are winding, and which I would like the Minister and his team to go and look into."
