Assistant Minister whether he is in order to mislead this House that there is specific land or areas where a specific or certain community is supposed to settle. I thought that all of us are Kenyans and every Kenyan has the right to own land and live anywhere in the Republic of Kenya. Is he in order to mislead this House?"
