    "content": "Secondly, hon. Members, I wish to make this Communication regarding return on a Bill received from the hon. Attorney-General pursuant to the Standing Orders. Standing Order No.125 requires that the Attorney-General presents to the President, within 14 days of receipt from the Clerk, every Bill passed by this House. Thereafter, at the expiry of 14 days, the Attorney-General is required to file a return with the Speaker indicating the time and the date that the Bill was presented to His Excellency the President. The return now received indicates that The Engineers Bill of 2011 which was passed by the National Assembly on 30th November, 2011 was presented by the Attorney-General to His Excellency the President for assent and was duly assented to on 27th January, 2012 at 12.00 noon. I thank you."
