    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we have not established the motive behind it. The only thing we know is that there was a commotion within the cells and they fought this particular gentleman. The teacher was a sick person even before he was arrested and taken to the cells. Those are some of the reports which we are awaiting. We will know whether the assault was done in the cells or before he was arrested."
