Members, please be guided that the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Lands and Natural Resources, who is also the Member of Parliament for Gachoka Constituency, has given notice of a Motion for the House to deliberate on the Committee Report on three land Bills. Our procedure is such that the House considers the contents of a Committee Report on any Bill at the Committee Stage. So, that Report is just going to inform of any amendments that there may be or that will become necessary or warranted by the findings of the Committee. That is how we will be guided. That is how we will proceed. You will not adopt the Report of the Committee on the different Bills, but you will be guided by the contents of the Report."
