    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the four officers were disciplined for not doing their work well. When they appealed, the Board dismissed the disciplinary action which was taken against them. In fact, I instructed the Commissioner of Police to reinstate the four officers and they were reinstated. So, there is no frustration in the CID. If there is any, could I have any paper or complaint which shows that there is frustration?"
