The question is; what action did the same Board recommend against the two senior officers - I believe Mr. Paul Mumo, Superintendent of Police and Mr. Mohammed, an Assistant Commissioner of Police? What action has the Board recommended to be taken against these people because if you do not take that action--- The US$7 million that the US Government injects in the restructuring of the police force has been suspended."
